Dr Mary Beth Gouthro

Dr Mary Beth Gouthro is a Senior Academic in the Sport & Event Management Department in the Bournemouth University Business School. Her main research area currently focuses on sustainability issues related to festivals and events, and is co-Editor of the recently published Routledge Handbook of Events & Sustainability. Mary Beth is currently an executive member of the Association for Event Management Education (AEME) and also leads up their Sustainability SIG (Special Interest Group). Mary Beth is also a member of Bournemouth University’s SAN (Sustainability Academic Network) and is a Climate Fresk trained facilitator.
