ROXY Erickson

Roxy began work as a portrait photographer travelling with bands, later becoming Managing Director of a studio. She brought an activist upbringing with her and, seeing the inefficiencies and waste of tv, advertising, events and fashion from a venue perspective, the studio began a reinvention; attempting to balance people, the planet and prosperity.

Clients noticed, leading Roxy to consult on sustainable strategies across the creative sector, focusing on sector transitions and supply chains.

Since 2022, she has spearheaded environmental efforts at the BRIT Awards, and in April 2024, she became Music Climate Pact Project Manager, uniting Signatories and Supporters to drive collective climate action across the music industry.
