Sarah Pickthall

Sarah Pickthall is fascinated by the spaces that unite and divide us and her work is centred on ensuring that disabled people’s voices and natural leadership qualities are built into strategic thinking and action.

An experienced accredited coach, coach supervisor working with individual and groups in culture, media, broadcasting and health, globally, she is proud to helm the annual Inclusive Cultures Programme for Clore Leadership.

Sarah co-founded the disabled-led leadership and coaching programme, Sync Leadership and currently directs its programme globally.

She also is co-chair of Access All Areas Theatre Co, on the board of Stopgap Dance Company.
