AGF ASSESSOR TRAINING ONLINE - STARTS 10TH JUNE

We are really happy to be able to deliver our online training course as the live events industry has an important time in history to pause, reflect, and bring sustainability as a whole to the top of the agenda.The 2 week online assessor training begins on 10th June, is delivered online with Falmouth University, and applications are now open!About the courseThis intensive two week course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge of the environmental operations at events. It will also enable you to undertake and carry out environmental assessments for a wide range of different indoor and outdoor events on behalf of A Greener Festival. For almost 15 years A Greener Festival has been leading the way in assessing festivals and events around the world, offering advice to event organisers on how they can make their events more environmentally friendly. You will benefit from a unique, global perspective on good practice and the development of green initiatives gathered from around the world by A Greener Festival over the last decade.Events, festivals and venues look to A Greener Festival to provide trained Assessors that are able to assess their activities. Based on the outcomes of the assessment, they receive an internationally recognised award. On completion of this course you will be able to undertake audits on behalf of A Greener Festival under the supervision of a Senior Assessor (subject to event location and availability). This certification lasts for a period of 3 years after which you will need to renew your training.
