IT'S NOT EASY BEING GREEN

REGIONAL ARTS DAY . Tuesday June 22nd .  Sustainability and the arts – a one day conferenceWiltshire and Swindon Arts Alliance (WSAA) Regional Arts Day are presenting a one day conference on sustainability and the arts. Starting at 09.30, the day will include keynote speeches from Dr Ben Todd (Executive Director, Arcola Theatre) and Helen Heathfield (Associate Director, Environment and Energy Management Team, Julie's Bicycle)."Sustainability is a challenge we all share. This one-day seminar will explore ways in which arts practitioners and organisations can reduce their own carbon footprints and inspire their audiences to do the same. It is a chance to explore, discuss and test ideas, discover some real opportunities and practical solutions. The day will end with pledges from each delegate on how they can make a difference".The full delegate fee is £20 including lunch and refreshments, but there is a 25% Early Bird discount (making the cost just £15) if you book before 5pm on Monday 14 June.
