Sustainability in Music - Tulsa Cities Music Convention

This month our Director Teresa Moore was invited to speak at the Tulsa Music Cities Convention by Sound Diplomacy and the Tulsa Office of Film, Music, Arts, and Culture. Music Cities is an amazing initiative held at cities around the world to showcase their musical heritage. 

Teresa’s session looked at key aspects of circular events and focused on using circular economic principles to move away from make, use, dispose approaches to designing out waste by adopting reuse, upcycle recycle principles. She introduced the new free toolkit for sustainable festivals, Cultura Circular that she has recently developed, launched in October.

A wide range of industry people attended the session from the US and beyond followed by some great conversations over lunch with music, arts, and film professionals. Thankyou Tulsa for a wonderful and informative Music Cities Convention
