The district’s 5000 ecologically minded residents have outlawed the car and banned parking in streets, driveways and home garages. Whilst in the town cars might be forbidden, a third of the town’s households keep a car in one of two tolerated parking places, set up for those still needing a car, at the town’s limits.Picture: Ben Challis[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
