He is an award winning, widely respected environmental leader and Founder & Director of Hope Solutions - a leading sustainability consultancy working across the live event, media and entertainment industry. Luke’s credibility and integrity has stemmed from a lifetime of unique experience in sustainability and event production and a principled approach to combating climate change. After being born into a touring circus he spent years working with the family business on the management, logistics and planning of touring shows. Educated and trained by pioneers in the ‘green’ movement, he later founded probably the world’s first carbon-neutral festival and spent several years working on major international events and projects. After working with businesses, brands, Local Authorities, in festival production and in the renewable energy sector he set up Hope Solutions to focus on the sustainable development, delivery and auditing of globally recognised projects and businesses.
With experience of top level strategic planning and operational delivery of projects Luke and his team have helped clients become more efficient and resilient - reducing carbon emissions by hundreds of thousands of tonnes, making significant positive contributions to the natural environment and enabling their transition to net zero.
