Ross Patel is a CEO, Founder, Board Member & Consulting Advisor seeking purpose in practice with 10+ years of diverse experience in music, media, entertainment, sustainability & tech. Passionate about strategy and talent management, creating platforms to launch and support creatives, talent, brands, and events with social impact at the heart. 

Co-Founder and CEO of Whole Entertainment, Ross diversified the company into a full-suite talent management and consulting agency supporting a roster of creatives with world-class management, business and label services since it was established in 2016. Ross has led the company to develop and adopt low impact practices and carbon balancing in an effort to reach net zero.

In 2021 Ross joined the Music Manager Forum as a Board Member. The not for profit organisation is the largest membership of music managers in the world with 1500+ members from representatives of global megastars to grassroots and emerging talent. They quickly used the opportunity to advocate for more climate action with an intersectional approach and have been successful in launching a number of initiatives which benefit the members and their clients providing education, resources and calls to action around climate and LGBTQI+ advocacy. Ross also represents the MMF on climate steering committees such as Live Green, Impala and Earth Percent.
